Description

Please note that the student loan legal landscape is changing often right now. This information is subject to change.

Student loan borrowers who have applied, or will, for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) will be interested in several questions right now:

“Does any ongoing litigation or regulatory change by the Biden Administration threaten to change the rules for PSLF?”

“Under the Trump Administration, can I expect that PSLF will continue to be available to the same borrowers based on the same requirements as now?

“My loan payments are in forbearance because of the SAVE litigation. What does this mean for my PSLF application?”

Heather Jarvis will address these topics, answer some audience questions if time permits, and tell you where to get information as changes go forward.

Presenter: Heather Jarvis, Student Loan Expert
