This training will go over the rights of pregnant people and new parents in the workplace. It will cover both California and Federal protections and will discuss newer laws like Title IX updates and the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act. Attendees will leave the webinar with a better understanding of how to navigate the legal landscape of the workplace as new parents.
