Description

This session will cover critical topics, including conflict of interest rules, confidentiality, and managing multiple clients with conflict waivers. We’ll also discuss best practices when working with interpreters, handling clients with diminished capacity, and ethical considerations in limited-scope representation.

Additionally, we’ll address the importance of engagement letters, closing letters, and managing costs and expenses related to litigation and client needs (what can legal aid attorneys and their offices pay for?). The webinar will provide guidance on co-counsel arrangements, supervising non-lawyers, and ethical challenges in remote work. Mr. Rothschild will also cover effective communication strategies and setting client expectations.

This session is designed to provide practical insights and actionable guidance to help legal professionals navigate complex ethical scenarios with confidence.
