This presentation will discuss language access rights under various federal and state laws and regulation including Title VI and Government Code 11135, and rights in specific programs including CalWORKs, CalFresh, Medi-Cal and public and subsidized housing programs. This presentation will also discuss recent changes in language access rights in California courts, and will discuss how to enforce language access rights.
