The University of California has started a legal center with full-time attorneys that provide legal aid to undocumented students and their families.
The UC Undocumented Legal Services Center is based in Davis, but the attorneys see students across the state in Santa Cruz, Riverside, Merced, San Diego, Santa Barbara and San Francisco.
Some students need guidance to apply for the DACA program or renew it. Many students who have already enrolled in DACA are seeking special permission to leave the country in order to study abroad.Tags: Immigration, Law Schools and Law Students
